Shipping

The processing time for your order is approximately 1–2 days. We ship with DPD. Once the package has been handed over to our partner, we have no influence over the delivery speed. Typically, DPD delivers within 1–2 days.

We also deliver to DHL Packstations. If there is a delay of more than three days, please let us know so we can follow up and initiate an investigation.

Please track your package using the tracking number provided. This will be sent to you via email.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of only €4.95 within Germany.
Shipping costs within the EU are €10.90, if we offer shipping to that country.
Worldwide shipping: €29.90
